Frequently asked questions
Are sessions free?
All sessions listed on Sessio are free to attend. Some organisers may request a voluntary donation at the venue to cover materials.
How do I register for a session?
Create a free Sessio account, browse the sessions catalogue, and click Register on any session with open spots. You will receive a confirmation immediately.
Can I cancel my registration?
Yes. Open My Events from your account menu and click Unregister next to the session you want to cancel. Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before the session starts.
Do sessions have prerequisites?
Each session description lists the expected level. Most sessions are designed to be accessible — look for the instructor note at the bottom of each detail page.
How do I become a session organiser?
Request an organiser account by emailing organisers@sessio.com. Include a short description of the sessions you plan to run and your area of expertise.
What happens if a session is full?
You can join the waitlist. If a registered attendee cancels, the next person on the waitlist is automatically confirmed and notified by email.
